I am privileged to support the Professional Females of the Future event in Manchester this week, aimed to inspire female students to explore their career options by providing them with valuable insights into the world of apprenticeships in a variety of sectors. We'll cover many topics including how female professionals can use their positions to create opportunities for other females. Share any learnings I have from my career path, and provide examples of successful initiatives or programs within BT that promote diversity and inclusion. Apprenticeship programs are important components in the talent strategy whether in the Federal/Public or Commercial/Private sectors. As more private/public partnerships emerge - it is important to recognize providers that have proven effective and true apprenticeship programs that work versus less mature programs or rebranded bootcamp programs.
