✨ 🎉 🎉 ✨ Kaplan UK Apprenticeship Awards 2024!! ✨ 🎉 🎉 ✨ One of my Highlight Events of 2024!! 👏 👏 As I approached The Shard yesterday afternoon for the Kaplan UK Apprenticeship Awards Ceremony, I thought how could an event be improved on, that was so successful and slick the previous year! - and I really couldn't come up with an answer..... I just knew that I wouldn't be disappointed. What an amazing Apprenticeship Awards Ceremony at an Amazing Venue. Fabulously organised and led by Jenny Pelling, Kathy Walton, Stacey Fitzsimmons and colleagues at Team Kaplan UK. I have been an honorary Kaplanite since 2023!! 😍 Marvelously hosted by my now Good and Old Friend, the legend that is Tommy Sandhu, who cannot fail but to have you in fits of laughter, but also has a genuine passion for apprenticeships..... Oh and in case you didn't know, his wife did also work for Kaplan 😃 Thank You for the opportunity Jenny Pelling, I am honoured and humbled to be a judge, alongside fellow judges David Barker, FRSA, Derek Cockfield and Elizabeth Hess for these auspicious Awards. Finally Congratulations to ALL the Apprentices, who were winners on the day! - Keep doing what you Do!! 💫 ✨ 🎉 Roll On 2025!!...... #Apprenticeships, #Apprentices, #Skills, #Careers, #Awards, #Equity, #Diversity, #Inclusion, #Socialmobility, #AmplifyApps, #Multiculturalaa Safaraz Ali FIEP, Kathryn Marshall MBE, Sharon Morgan, Ian Bamford, Surju Kanani, Shri Shah, David Barker, FRSA, Elizabeth Hess, Derek Cockfield, Sarah Owen, Boma Praise J., Tasha Hartigan, Malachi Swen, Jo Scott, Joanne Reynolds, Martin Chandler, Holly-Mae Darling ACMA, CGMA, CGA, Kelly Huntington, Stewart Segal Multicultural Apprenticeship & Skills Alliance, Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards, Multicultural Apprentice Network, Apprenticeship Branding Conference, The Apprenticeship Diversity & Social Mobility Forum, Festival of Apprenticeships, Pathway Group, Association of Apprentices, Lloyds Banking Group, WorldSkills UK

📢 The Multicultural Apprenticeship & Skills Alliance - Advancing Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Social Mobility in Apprenticeships & Skills 📢 The title of our Breakout Session at the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Conference 2024 - Employment Support for the Future Labour Market. I wanted to Thank our panel of amazing guests from the Multicultural Apprenticeship & Skills Alliance (powered by Pathway Group) Patrons, Paul McCalla of BMet, Jenny Cannon of University of Wolverhampton, Priya Dale of Dentons and Sara Taylor MIH MIoL of HIT Training for sharing their invaluable insights, experiences and all the fabulous work they are doing in this space. 👏 ✨ 👏 We were also honoured to have the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards, Apprentice of the Year 2024 Aaminah Ahmed of Mondelēz International join us and so eloquently talk through her inspirational journey into Apprenticeships. 💫 🎉 These and other likeminded organisations and individuals are doing so much in the #Equity, #Diversity, #Inclusion & #Socialmobility agenda for marginalised individuals and communities, which I cannot thank them enough for. Can I also thank the delegates that attended our Breakout Session and prioritised this over other breakout sessions, which I am sure were as impactful, but of different agendas. You are all definitely "Changing the Dial and the Narrative" ✨ 👏 ✨ I also urge future and upcoming Conferences to ensure that #Equity, #Diversity, #Inclusion & #SocialMobility are prioritised on the agenda and highlighted and showcased. As these are the primary subject matters that will impact positively on your organisational and ethical objectives. Thank you to Elizabeth Taylor, Henry Foulkes, Jack Farnhill-Bain and Team Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) for the opportunity to Amplify our Message 🙏 🙏 Safaraz Ali FIEP, Martin Chandler, Ahsan Husain FIEP, Alan Hill, Harmesh Manghra, Kasim Choudhry, Stephen Crawley, Faizal Ullah, Luke Markham, Brad Edwards, Adam Vasco, Suzie Branch-Haddow, Pat Carvalho, Micaela Barlow FIH M.APS, Gemma Cadden, Jill Whittaker OBE FCA FRSA FIH FBII, Joanna Hughes Pathway Group, Multicultural Apprentice Network, Apprenticeship Branding Conference, The Apprenticeship Diversity & Social Mobility Forum, Festival of Apprenticeships
