It’s Day 4 of National Apprenticeship Week! Today’s theme is Expanding Registered Apprenticeship to Underserved Populations. Apprenticeships can change lives—but only if they are accessible to everyone. Expanding hands-on learning programs to underserved communities ensures that people from all backgrounds—whether they are from rural areas, marginalized communities, or non-traditional career paths—have the opportunity to gain valuable skills.
