We were asked by an industrial bakery if we could add an extra day of shelf life to one of their bread products. Using our preservation and enzyme technologies, we were able to offer them a solution that extended shelf-life by three days, instead of just one. This allowed them to cost-effectively reach new markets further afield. Have a similar challenge?
