Baking with the microwave? What is the advantage? Conventional baking processes are very energy-intensive and therefore also very expensive. Our motivation is to shorten baking times and make baking processes more energy-efficient with a view to sustainability. By using our solid state #microwavetechnology, we are turning the process structure on its head. We have succeeded in minimizing the baking time to an average of 50% while maintaining and improving the quality of the baked goods.
