Sensitive to dairy? Save this post for the recipe! In honor of National Ice Cream Day, try this sugar-free, dairy-free “Nice” cream recipe, which uses just a few simple ingredients. You will need the ingredients below, as well as a high-powered blender! 🍌4 frozen bananas 🍓1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice 🥥1/4-1/3 cup fresh fruit that is very liquidy or liquid of choice (almond, coconut milk, etc.) 🥜Optional: ¼ nut butter for creaminess Instructions: Place the liquids and the nut butter in first Add frozen fruit on top Blend in a blender or food processor, starting on low speed and gradually increasing speed, using the tamper if available or stopping the machine to scrape down the sides.
