Nerd alert! At the #RevOpsAF conference in sunny San Diego, hosted by Matthew Volm and his team at RevOps Co-op. It's refreshing to be amongst all the nerds focused on learning, sharing and teaching about the brass tacks that drive revenue generation. No hand waving, no rah rah, no kumbaya ans no motherhood & apple pie statements. Just plain old rolling up of sleeves, diving into the math, the value-chain alignment and the planning skills. We all know the value of sales conferences, conventions and trade shows. I'd take need central any day, though. People tend to be curious and humble when they're here to learn instead of sell. Let's just say, my knowledge of the CS-RevOps connection got a major upgrade! 1️⃣ One key takeaway: When facing common scenario questions like "what problem are you solving?", it's crucial to consider both the process and the data needed for success. This session reignited my passion for learning from others and I am seeing how this will directly impact the CSM's on the team. 🔥 Together with Jonathan Kingsepp and Reese Bernier ☁️ , we accomplished a lot in 72 hours!
