Let's just say, my knowledge of the CS-RevOps connection got a major upgrade! 1️⃣ One key takeaway: When facing common scenario questions like "what problem are you solving?", it's crucial to consider both the process and the data needed for success. This session reignited my passion for learning from others and I am seeing how this will directly impact the CSM's on the team. 🔥 Together with Jonathan Kingsepp and Reese Bernier ☁️ , we accomplished a lot in 72 hours! Ever shared your best-kept secrets with a competitor? I have. 😅 Here’s what happened to me: - I was on an onboarding call, explaining how Commentify auto-generates comments on posts with potential for pitching products/services. - The client asked if their LinkedIn profile might get blocked due to automation (fair question, right?). - Then they wanted to know how Commentify works behind the scenes—technical stuff. - I gave them a high-level overview. - After the call, I found out they co-own a 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 company trying to do the same thing! 🚩 Lesson? Not every question is innocent. Sometimes, they're fishing for 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 strategy.
