Let’s cut the BS: are you actually ready to step back from your business, or are you clinging to control like it’s your last lifeline? If you can’t walk away without everything falling apart, your business isn’t running: you are. - In Episode 53 of enVisioning Success, Laura DiBenedetto and Julia Becker Collins serve up the no-nonsense playbook for maximizing your selling price and kicking yourself out of the sales role (because let’s face it—you’ve earned it). Here’s how to start: → Delegate, or die trying. Identify the tasks you actually need to handle and throw the rest to someone—or something—who can. You’re not a superhero, and you shouldn’t have to be. → Automate the grind. Automations are the real MVP. Stop wasting your time on repetitive tasks that tech can handle better, faster, and without the coffee breaks. → Map the money trail. Build a customer journey that turns leads into loyal clients and lets your team take over the day-to-day. You’re here to grow, not micromanage. If stepping back sounds scary, you need this episode. It’s time to quit being the bottleneck and build a business that works without you. https://lnkd.in/g8hZ6Psw Delegation horror stories? Success wins? Lay it on us below!

The third podcast I will be reviewing and recommending, along with sharing my takeaways is “The Advanced Selling Podcast” #813 hosted by Bill Caskey and Bryan Neale My Takeaways: #1- Taking inventory of where you currently are is extremely important in getting a clear and realistic image of how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you. “Facing the brutal facts” is something many use in order to not have bias on how their life is going currently. It’s okay to not be satisfied with things you are doing because this is how you find new opportunities and improve your current situation. #2- Having extreme focus on one thing is something they recommended. That one thing being what you love and enjoy the most. That way you can see where you are going and what you need to change to do more of what you enjoy. This also allows you to see how much time and effort you spend on things that you don’t enjoy. Implementation for Takeaway #1: In order for me to take inventory on myself currently. I need to start looking at things entirely, whether that be academically, socially, or professionally. I need to begin to start taking everything into account that way I can better understand where I stand and if changes need to be made. This also allows me to have better understanding in the sales approach. How did a 'little book' make such a HUGE DIFFERENCE in my Business? How did a little dog help me to CLOSE A DEAL? Why do I believe AUTHENTICTY can be your Greatest Business Tool? --- First off, a great big THANK YOU to host Drewbie Wilson for inviting me to share this conversation on his new podcast! Straight from Drewbie's notes: Key Moments: -Steve’s crazy sales story and how a dog helped him sell himself. -What makes Steve so successful at earning trust from people? -Visualization - it’s not what you get, but who you become. -What happened when Steve experienced a gain in confidence. -The item that became Steve’s greatest sales tool. Episode 16 - Get Tuned In to the Greatest Version of You with Steve Gamlin Hey hey, what’s up everybody, we are back with another killer episode of Call the Damn Leads and today, I’m kicking it with entrepreneur, former DJ, and my friend, Steve Gamlin. There's an art to building trust with clients, and Steve recalls a story where a dog became the reason he clinched a deal, and as we all know, we sometimes trust our dog’s instincts more than our own. Later on, we spin towards authenticity in the world of sales and how it’s an integral part of building trust. What I love most and what you’ll come to learn is that you’ll always have the same exact conversation, no matter where you find Steve. We also touch on visualization and moving beyond the “Santa” wish list to the rhythm of personal growth. Acknowledging that success encompasses more than just financial wins—it's about who we become and the confidence we build that define our lives and businesses, and realizing that we can achieve all of that through visualization. #authenticity #visionboard #visualization #manifest #manifesting #manifestation #salestools #authenticity
