The third podcast I will be reviewing and recommending, along with sharing my takeaways is “The Advanced Selling Podcast” #813 hosted by Bill Caskey and Bryan Neale My Takeaways: #1- Taking inventory of where you currently are is extremely important in getting a clear and realistic image of how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you. “Facing the brutal facts” is something many use in order to not have bias on how their life is going currently. It’s okay to not be satisfied with things you are doing because this is how you find new opportunities and improve your current situation. #2- Having extreme focus on one thing is something they recommended. That one thing being what you love and enjoy the most. That way you can see where you are going and what you need to change to do more of what you enjoy. This also allows you to see how much time and effort you spend on things that you don’t enjoy. Implementation for Takeaway #1: In order for me to take inventory on myself currently. I need to start looking at things entirely, whether that be academically, socially, or professionally. I need to begin to start taking everything into account that way I can better understand where I stand and if changes need to be made. This also allows me to have better understanding in the sales approach. Are we really still saying, “That’s how we’ve always done it” when it comes to sales training? It’s 2024, and our industry has evolved. Manufactured homes have reached new heights in quality, design, and desirability. So why are we holding onto outdated, ineffective sales tactics that don’t serve our teams or our clients? In Episode 7 of the Manufactured To Win Podcast, César Mascorro, Jr. is setting the record straight. It’s time to leave behind the stigma around real, powerful sales training. We’re pushing past the stale mindset, the lack of real development, and the “old way” that keeps teams from reaching their full potential. What’s on the line? Empowered Sales Consultants: Training builds confidence, opens career paths, and creates trusted advisors, not just salespeople. Stronger Companies: When teams are well-trained, they convert better, represent the brand with pride, and foster a culture of growth. Satisfied Clients: Today’s buyers demand more knowledge and empathy—and that’s what trained consultants deliver. It all comes down to this: leadership has to step up, set ego aside, and make training a priority. We can elevate this industry by investing in our people and adopting a new approach. Let’s cut the BS: are you actually ready to step back from your business, or are you clinging to control like it’s your last lifeline? If you can’t walk away without everything falling apart, your business isn’t running: you are. - In Episode 53 of enVisioning Success, Laura DiBenedetto and Julia Becker Collins serve up the no-nonsense playbook for maximizing your selling price and kicking yourself out of the sales role (because let’s face it—you’ve earned it). Here’s how to start: → Delegate, or die trying. Identify the tasks you actually need to handle and throw the rest to someone—or something—who can. You’re not a superhero, and you shouldn’t have to be. → Automate the grind. Automations are the real MVP. Stop wasting your time on repetitive tasks that tech can handle better, faster, and without the coffee breaks. → Map the money trail. Build a customer journey that turns leads into loyal clients and lets your team take over the day-to-day. You’re here to grow, not micromanage. If stepping back sounds scary, you need this episode. It’s time to quit being the bottleneck and build a business that works without you. https://lnkd.in/g8hZ6Psw Delegation horror stories? Success wins? Lay it on us below!

I’m taking 2 weeks off my business. (Well, kinda. 😜) I’m taking 2 weeks off *actively* running my business & selling my offers. To simplify and streamline my business. I call this the 2-week Business Rebuild Sprint 🚀 It’s something I do every 6 months to stay lean & efficient in my business. We tend to add more to our business as we build things & it can get a bit congested. So I like to take a step back, review everything, refine & extract lessons to apply going forward. I think every business owner should do this every 6 months. Things we’re doing inside our 2-week business rebuild sprint 👇 (And by “we”, I mean my husband Imed Zitouni and me 😇) 1. Lessons learned workshop 2. Review offers & messaging 3. Streamline client experience inside offers 4. Build more funnels The goal is to run our business with even more freedom. I’ll be reporting on how it’s going on here! Have you ever done a 2-week business rebuild sprint? P.S. I recorded a 15min podcast episode breaking down our 2-week business rebuild sprint if you want the tea: https://lnkd.in/etvuE5BK

What pops into your customers’ minds? Availability Heuristic 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘞𝘦𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 ‘𝘊𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘴' 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘮𝘯. If potential customers are aware of your products but prefer those of your competitors, the 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 may be the reason. The availability heuristic is “a cognitive bias that occurs when people rely on immediate examples that come to mind when evaluating a specific topic, concept, method, or decision.” An idea that comes to mind first seems good. A product whose name pops into a customer's mind seems more attractive. People often buy branded goods not because they are better but because they look familiar. Our brains are programmed to save precious energy, so they tag ideas or things that are easier to recall as better or more reliable. Products more frequently mentioned in the press, social media, advertisements, or even in private conversations often seem more attractive when people see them on store shelves or online. Want to sell? Make your product familiar to customers. It doesn’t mean that every ad sells. It doesn't mean that familiarity is the key to all doors. But never lose a chance to mention your product this way or another. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: [1] How can you make your products more familiar to your clients? [2] What information channels could you use? [3] How could you evaluate the ROI of such investments? –– Want tips on flipping your strategic thinking? 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 #strategy #strategicthinking #business
