The Sage Leasing Team Leasing is a critical role in our success. That’s why we focus on training and development. We have a continuous improvement mindset. We had our last leasing workshop of 2024. The workshop was planned and led by our Director of Leasing Brandon Brown, CALP. Our VP of Acquisitions Manny gave a presentation. Teaching the Team about the underwriting process and the economics of a deal. Of course we had some fun as well. Our Team had a great year in 2024 and they are primed and ready to rock 2025. Development Update - Bulle Rock This is a condo project and our Team is rocking and rolling. This is our 3rd condo development and we are getting better with everyone. We are Team Sage

Food Drive The Team at Mills Crossing ran a successful food drive. The residents and the Sage Team donated and collected food that will be distributed through a local program to those in need.

Development Update - FG Phase 2 Fieldside Grande is a ground up lease-up. Phase I was 288 units and the first move-ins were in May 2023. Phase II Consists of 234 units an4 58 of them are townhomes. The first move-ins for phase II will be in Q1 2025.

Resident Event - The Mark Thanksgiving Sip and Paint event. Our Team at The Mark once again went above and beyond hosting an excellent event for the residents. We are proud and grateful. We are Team Sage.
