Meet the team #1 Hi – we’re the imeto team! To kick things off, the team has been asked to introduce our co-founders, Elias & Johanna, so we thought we’d share how we see them. Here’s our take on the two people who started this journey: Elias Todevski – CEO & Fly-Fishing Fan Elias is a leader – driven, focused, and always pushing for excellence. But what really stands out about Elias is his care for the people around him. He’s competitive, sure, but in a way that inspires us all to bring our best. Whether you need clarity, motivation, or simply a good laugh, Elias is the one to turn to. And if he’s not in the office, he’s probably knee-deep in a river, fly-fishing and enjoying the quiet of the outdoors. Johanna Andrén – CCO & Spicy Food Explorer Johanna has this amazing ability to make complex things simple. She’s the one who makes sure we never lose sight of the bigger picture, always keeping us grounded in what really matters for our clients. She’s committed to building real value – both for the companies we work with and within our team. And if you ever want to geek out about something niche, Johanna’s the perfect person to chat with. In her downtime, you’ll often find her cooking up something delicious – usually a bit too spicy. Why imeto? Elias and Johanna teamed up to create imeto because they believed in consulting that empowers organizations to succeed on their own. They want to use Cloud, Data and AI to make companies more resilient and self-sufficient. I love our engagement activities at Dechcept   Over time, we have developed and implemented various sessions that have automated our active participation. 1) We hold monthly team meetings to review the previous month's performance and celebrate achievements together. This reinforces a sense of teamwork and accomplishment. 2) Festival celebrations are organized by rotating teams, fostering accountability and team spirit among employees. 3) We encourage regular creative rejuvenation with quarterly breaks from routine work. This helps the tribe stay inspired and avoid burnout. 4) Our "Dechcept Monthly Awards" program acknowledges and appreciates individual contributions every month. This reflects positive traits and motivates them. A strong team knows their role—no “all-quarterback” lineups here! In home care, building a great team is like planning a winning football play. Each person has a role, just like knowing who’s the quarterback and who’s the wide receiver. Or think of it as a meal: each team member knows what they’re bringing to the table, whether it’s caregiver recruitment, partnerships, or client onboarding. When everyone has a clear purpose, they’re more motivated and fulfilled. Define roles, inspire purpose, and create a team that thrives together!

When you lead your team, you don't just have to follow the rule book, you make the rule book. How often do we see the good we can do with that? During a recent team meeting I realized that July 4th is on a Thursday. We naturally give our team off for Independence Day. July 5th is a Friday. Is anyone doing anything productive that day? Hell no. Guess what? Our office will be closed. When you find opportunities to give your team a break, to recognize that it's a better use of time for them to be rested than to twiddle their thumbs, that it's a chance to boost morale and add value -- then do that. Even if it wasn't on your company calendar, even if it wasn't a planned paid day off. Allow yourself the flexibility to do good when you see the chance.
