The Sage Leasing Team Leasing is a critical role in our success. That’s why we focus on training and development. We have a continuous improvement mindset. We had our last leasing workshop of 2024. The workshop was planned and led by our Director of Leasing Brandon Brown, CALP. Our VP of Acquisitions Manny gave a presentation. Teaching the Team about the underwriting process and the economics of a deal. Of course we had some fun as well. Our Team had a great year in 2024 and they are primed and ready to rock 2025.
