I wish i had the opportunity and some backup from my manager to do something like this. Ive tried several times to gain more knowledge and education in Vestas but without luck i must confess. I am happy to see some are succeeding in their endeavours and reaching goals, i am sure it will contribute to the organisation, however i strongly believe more can be done to support people in their continued developement, i believe if the company has to grow, people have to grow with it.
Would you like to show something that might appeal to you? A wind turbine that could have more advantages than disadvantages, with which all ecosystems can also be maintained. This design also gives back the public space, and is cost-saving in both purchase and maintenance, but also in less material and wear. And can be placed anywhere, even in residential areas because there is actually no noise from the rotor blades. This Multi-Rotor Wind Turbine also frees up space. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rglZLD_gteA or see also the follow-up video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFGXNRthLuk and here some more info about comments https://youtu.be/4c1aaTVsrgk < -- > Unfortunately I can't show you how it works in detail. The problem with showing everything PUBLICLY (sharing) is that there is no protection possible.
Hiring engineering co-op students for workterms is a great way to source awesome talent and provide tremendous work experience for students. It’s a win-win! Check out Memorial University and Dalhousie University, two of several universities in Canada, with great co-op programs. These students are available for internation work opportunities.
A picture speaks a thousand words. A program is only as good as its graduates, and Sungwon’s attitude in every photo says it all... enthusiastic, confident, and ready to make a difference. Attitude over skill, every day!
Sounds an awesome progam Asked my manager to see if this is available at the new vestas tooling facility in Seaham 👍
