🎬🎨 The picturesque scenery comes from SANY Renewable Energy's Huilongxu Wind Farm in Jiangyong County. This wind farm not only achieves harmony between humans and nature but also leads the way in digital intelligence. "The stable operation of the wind farm relies on the advanced digital platform behind it," said Qiao Lei, the director of the video. 😊 Qiao Lei majored in Spanish and Communication Management in college. After graduating, she officially joined SANY Renewable Energy, entering the wind power industry and embarking on her journey at Huilongxu Wind Farm. "La digitalización se ha integrado en todos los aspectos del parque eólico," Qiao mentioned. "In terms of operations and maintenance, the wind farm is equipped with a SCADA system that collects and displays real-time operational data, ensuring the safe operation, status monitoring, and troubleshooting of the wind farm, which left a deep impression on me." Qiao Lei sees creativity and passion as the defining traits that best describe her. 👍 Her ten-day learning experience at the wind farm has been incredibly rewarding and has deeply inspired her. Following her internship, she will resume her position as a client receptionist, where she aims to provide even more professional content to the customers. #SANYRenewableEnergy #WindPower #TalentCultivation #Creativity #GreenEnergy #Digitalization

🌟 [Presentation] - Alternative Energy Sources 🌏 On 17 July 2024, I had given the opportunity for representing LOKEN Sdn Bhd to do a presentation on topic of "Innovating for Tomorrow: Alternative Energy Sources" during my final month of internship at Barium Selat. The presentation is part of the Barium Selat Continuous Learning Program (CLP). In the presentation, I highlighted various alternative energy sources which including: ✅Solar Energy ✅Wind Energy ✅Hydro Energy ✅Biomass Energy ✅Geothermal Energy ✅Hydrogen Energy I presented the overview of each energy sources, their production processes, the technologies used, their availability and capacity of energy production both globally and in Malaysia. Besides that, I also discussed Malaysia’s future targets for renewable energy utilization, as outlined in the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR). #NETR is very crucial as it represents a significant milestone for Malaysia by outlining the path to a sustainable future. As we know, one of the core principles of Malaysia #MADANI is ‘sustainability,’ which focuses on responsible growth in energy transition and sustainable development. Malaysia is dedicated to low-carbon development, which aim to transform the economic landscape into a more sustainable one. With a strong passion for the sustainable and green energy sector, I am commited to contributing in helping drive our nation towards a more sustainable future. Let's continue to drive sustainable development and embrace the transition to renewable energy for a greener tomorrow!🌱 #Sustainability #RenewableEnergy #CleanEnergy #NETR #Innovation #Internship #EnergyTransition

🏢 Oxan Energy had the pleasure of welcoming Lucie Mallet for her end-of-study #internship in our office in Paris. We asked her a couple of questions to help understand her reasons for choosing to work at Oxan Energy and her assignments during the last 6 months as Assistant Project Manager. ❓ Why did you decide to do your end-of-study placement with Oxan Energy❓ OXAN ENERGY is a dynamic company specializing in the field of #renewable energies, a sector that I am passionate about and that is experiencing significant growth. I am currently completing my studies at ESILV, an #engineering school in La Défense/Paris, with a specialization in "Energy and Sustainable Cities”. This internship allowed me to put into practice the knowledge I gained during my studies in renewable energies. Last year, I completed a four-month internship in the field of onshore wind energy. I was particularly enthusiastic about working in renewables! This year, I wanted to discover the #offshore wind sector. I was offered to work with both the development and the technical teams, which was very interesting and complementary. I am very happy to have joined them for these six months, which were rich in new experiences and learning. ❓ To this last point, what were your assignments at Oxan Energy and what exactly have you learnt from them❓ During my internship as an Assistant Project Manager in offshore wind energy, I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop multiple skills. My role allowed me to delve into the offshore wind energy sector by conducting in-depth market #analysis in France and different markets in Europe, as well as assessing opportunities for upcoming tenders. One of my major projects involved an in-depth #study of the varying densities of offshore wind farms worldwide and the factors influencing these differences. This research not only broadened my understanding of global offshore wind energy strategies but also sharpen my analytical skills. Additionally, as part of a teamwork, we developed a site assessment tool to identify the best locations for future projects. 📷 A highlight of my internship was the #visit of Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm! This technical visit was extremely informative, allowing me to closely observe the operation of an offshore wind farm and understand the logistical and technical challenges associated with its operation and maintenance. This hands-on experience complemented my theoretical knowledge and provided me with a concrete perspective on the daily operations of an offshore wind farm. This experience at OXAN ENERGY enhanced my project management skills and improved my knowledge in offshore wind energy. Thank you to the entire OXAN ENERGY team for this valuable experience and the support and trust! #intern #education #learnings WORKINBLUE BY BLUESIGN

Wonderful article on Mayuri Farlinger!
A great interview with IBC member Mayuri Farlinger, President of Alliant Energy from the Des Moines Business Record. Farlinger talks changes, innovation and goals in the energy industry and how increase in demand for data centers has effected industry demands. “Once I came in for my internship and then started in those early years, I realized that the work that we do within this industry has such a big impact on everybody’s lives every single day. A lot of times customers don’t even think about us, but they rely on the service that we provide for everything that they do,” Farlinger said. https://lnkd.in/giE8khHS

What do these guys have in common? Looking at the photo, it might be hard to guess. At a first glance, you can tell that one works with large industrial projects. The other appears to be an “office guy”. Jonas is an apprentice working at the Kollsnes gas processing plant and is at the beginning of his career. Sverre, who has worked for Equinor for more than 40 years, was the project director at Northern Lights, our carbon transport and storage facility. I met them both earlier this year, visiting Øygarden outside Bergen. They are shaping today and tomorrow. Jonas, like most in our company, produces the energy that is needed today. Sverre, has prepared our company for a different tomorrow. Yet, both are guided by the same mindset. In Equinor we call it “searching for better”. It is about people’s efforts, ideas, expertise and ability to collaborate. Their inherent drive to solve a difficult task. Meeting people like Jonas and Sverre makes me an optimist. It gives me confidence that we will contribute with a wide span of solutions that are needed both today and for tomorrow. Photos: Ole Jørgen Bratland, Kjersti Nordøy, Equinor
