🚨 Monthly wins 🚨 Here we are…the end of May! And hopefully, the beginning of summer and the sunshine ☀️. We always take the time to stop and reflect on the month. We want to see what we’ve done well, what we can do better, and how we can continue to grow. It’s super valuable and crucial to getting us this far and to where we want to be. Believe us when we say, it’s easy to be caught up in the ‘what we can do better’. Jessica and Louis spend much time on this in their Bounce end-of-month review. Wrapping up the week—and the month—with a look back at November’s wins and lessons. As November comes to a close, it’s a perfect time to pause and appreciate the progress I’ve made this month, both big and small. Reflecting on the past few weeks reminds me that growth doesn’t just happen from big milestones; it’s the steady, consistent steps that make a difference over time. Here’s what I’m celebrating this week and this month: Staying consistent with my posting schedule, tracking nutrition, maintaining workout volume, and making steady progress on my projects. Balancing all these moving parts has been a win in itself. These small, consistent actions each day have kept me focused and grounded. Taking on a large new piece of work that involved travel and embedding it into my life Adapting to the demands of this new project, while integrating it into my routine, was a challenge. But it reminded me of the resilience that comes from staying adaptable and making the most of each opportunity. Celebrating small wins and reflecting on progress November showed me that even the smallest daily efforts add up. Looking back, I can see how far I’ve come, and it’s a reminder that each small step really does matter. As we head into December, I’m grateful for the wins, the lessons, and the momentum built over the past month. Here’s to a strong finish to the year! Friday Wins: Celebrating Progress and Encouraging Growth 🎉 Happy Friday, everyone! It’s time to celebrate our weekly wins and encourage each other to keep pushing forward. Here are a few of my highlights from this week: 1. 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: I've improved my networking goals every day, making sure to stay consistent with speaking to new people. It’s harder than most people think, but I encourage you to do it. Network with people that will get you to the next level. 15 minutes a day is better than zero. Start somewhere. 2. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: After being locked out of my Calendly for quite some time, customer support finally pulled through and got me back into it. I can finally schedule meetings again! 3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲: I finished a new business course packed with valuable knowledge that I can now share with others. Always be learning! 4. 𝗚𝘆𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲: Last Saturday, I hit a 50kg dumbbell bench press for 10 reps! I’ve maintained my gym schedule and even gave myself an extra day of rest, which allowed me to power through and have another excellent session. 5. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵: I met with a client who had a breakthrough moment, realizing that if he doesn’t make any decisions, he’ll be stuck in a bad routine. He acknowledged that he was his own worst enemy, and I was happy to help him discuss and work through that. 6. 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 (𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳): I got a haircut and it didn’t completely make me cry at the outcome. Still on the hunt for a barber in Prague that wows me. Eyes 👀 open! 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱.
