  • As we reflect on the past 12 months, it’s easy to focus on the challenges (and we’ve had our share). Yes, LinkedIn is a great place to turn a turbulent moment into a winning story of success. But today, let’s flip this on its head to celebrate Bounce’s year in all its deserved glory. Here we go…. 🎯 We shifted from a growth agency to a specialist sales consultancy with the launch of Bounce 2.0. Our mission? Redefining sales for startups and scaleups - showing what’s possible with the right strategies and hands-on delivery. Oh, and we also celebrated Bounce’s 1st birthday. 📈 From bespoke sales strategies and building new sales processes to running lead generation campaigns and delivering sales coaching, we’ve been lucky to work with such amazing clients on both retainer and project-based work. 🤝 We’ve connected and collaborated with so many inspiring business owners, forming partnerships and creating exciting opportunities that we can’t wait to develop further in 2025. Team updates: 🔥 Jessica stepped into the role of Managing Director. 🎲 James joined as our NED and Strategy Director. 🏅 We welcomed Ayub Ali to our team. 👉 Louis took the reins as our partnership lead. 💯 And a big shoutout to the talented experts we’ve worked with this year. Thank you Chase Dorsett, Ella Delancey Jones, Emma Cook and Russell Weeks. As we wrap up 2024, we’re forever grateful to our team, clients, partners and everyone who’s been part of this year. Things may not be slowing down, but only because we’re excited to see what more we can bring to the table in 2025. Bring it on!

    Why do most cold emails fail? Because they’re irrelevant; they miss the mark entirely by failing to address any real issues the prospect might be facing. Imagine walking into a doctor’s office, and before you even say a word, the doctor diagnoses you. You’d probably run out the door, right? The same logic applies to cold emailing. You can’t just build a list of companies you’ve helped before and expect instant success. To craft emails that resonate, you need to do deep investigative work - uncover the “symptoms” your prospect might be experiencing. From there, make educated assumptions about their current challenges. In the two emails below, one is built on research and thoughtful assumptions. At Bounce, we see learning as the route to progress, so here are some of our biggest takeaways from 2024: 🎯 Strategy is everything This year reaffirmed that a well-defined sales strategy isn’t just a starting point; it’s the backbone of growth. Clients who embraced a strong foundation reaped the rewards of scalable, repeatable results. 🤝 Relationships drive results Sales isn’t about quick wins - it’s about building trust and creating genuine connections. Our human-first approach has helped clients engage their ideal customers and develop lasting relationships. 🧩 Adaptability is a non-negotiable From evolving client needs, to changes in tech and market shifts, this year taught us the power of adaptability to stay ahead. 📤 Lead generation is changing The landscape of lead generation has become more sophisticated. Generic mass outreach just isn’t cutting it anymore; highly targeted, strategically personalised, value-led approaches are what convert. And, you must have the right foundations and structure in place before you begin! 🔥 Success isn’t a one-person show 2024 reminded us that growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Whether through collaboration within our team or with clients, the best results come from working together. Also, we don’t get out and about enough as we'd like. (P.s. A shiny new website is on the way!) 🔥 We finished an exciting project, delivering a new sales infrastructure, processes and an outreach strategy for a brilliant client. All neatly wrapped up in a bespoke sales playbook to align and empower their sales team for future growth. 🙌 We’ve finalised our growth strategy, goals and vision for the new year, and are feeling even more motivated! 🎄 Our founders have been embracing the holiday spirit, attending networking events and connecting with familiar faces and new ones!
