Friday Wins: Celebrating Progress and Encouraging Growth 🎉 Happy Friday, everyone! It’s time to celebrate our weekly wins and encourage each other to keep pushing forward. Here are a few of my highlights from this week: 1. 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: I've improved my networking goals every day, making sure to stay consistent with speaking to new people. It’s harder than most people think, but I encourage you to do it. Network with people that will get you to the next level. 15 minutes a day is better than zero. Start somewhere. 2. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: After being locked out of my Calendly for quite some time, customer support finally pulled through and got me back into it. I can finally schedule meetings again! 3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲: I finished a new business course packed with valuable knowledge that I can now share with others. Always be learning! 4. 𝗚𝘆𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲: Last Saturday, I hit a 50kg dumbbell bench press for 10 reps! I’ve maintained my gym schedule and even gave myself an extra day of rest, which allowed me to power through and have another excellent session. 5. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵: I met with a client who had a breakthrough moment, realizing that if he doesn’t make any decisions, he’ll be stuck in a bad routine. He acknowledged that he was his own worst enemy, and I was happy to help him discuss and work through that. 6. 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 (𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳): I got a haircut and it didn’t completely make me cry at the outcome. Still on the hunt for a barber in Prague that wows me. Eyes 👀 open! 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱. Now, I want to hear about your wins! What were your highlights this week? Share your victories, big or small, in the comments below. Let’s celebrate together and keep the momentum going! 🚀

How do you feel when someone asks you about your wins? If you’ve just launched a fabulous new product, smashed a sales goal or secured a dream speaking gig, it feels fantastic to share your news. Those moments are amazing and absolutely worth celebrating. But what about when you've been focused on quieter (but oh-so-crucial) tasks – like sending emails, delivering client work on time, prepping for a webinar or posting content? Would you shout about those? Or would you stay quiet and feel, well, maybe a bit inadequate, feeling you’ve nothing significant to share? But here’s the thing: it’s consistently delivering these everyday activities that actually builds our businesses. And maybe if we start celebrating these achievements as wins too, we’ll boost our confidence rather than feeling like we’re not doing enough. We might even find ourselves going a bit further, a bit faster. Until suddenly those massive ‘big’ wins that seemed out of reach are only few mini-steps away. Now I think that’s something to truly shout about! So, this week I’m going to celebrate my micro-wins – however tiny. Will you join me? I’d love to hear and celebrate yours too. 🙌

2022: £1 million per year. 2024: £1 million per quarter. Just 2 years ago, I was over the moon about hitting close to a million for the entire year, all on my own. Now, we're crushing those numbers in a single quarter! And here's the best part: it's all thanks to the incredible trust we've built with our clients. No pushy sales tactics. Just pure word-of-mouth referrals from happy customers. Looking back, I remember those tough times – financial setbacks, difficult decisions, and moments where I had to hustle like crazy to keep my promises. (Don’t get me wrong, I’m still hustling.) But even when things got tough, I never wavered on my commitment to integrity. I dug deep, found solutions, and made sure every client had an unforgettable experience. And that's what made all the difference. Those clients became our biggest cheerleaders, spreading the word about Event Exec and sending new business our way. Now, we've got a waiting lists for the next big events, and our growth is through the roof! It just goes to show, doing the right thing always pays off. We're just getting started, and the future is looking brighter than ever.

🚨 Monthly wins 🚨 Here we are…the end of May! And hopefully, the beginning of summer and the sunshine ☀️. We always take the time to stop and reflect on the month. We want to see what we’ve done well, what we can do better, and how we can continue to grow. It’s super valuable and crucial to getting us this far and to where we want to be. Believe us when we say, it’s easy to be caught up in the ‘what we can do better’. Jessica and Louis spend much time on this in their Bounce end-of-month review. So, we’re turning the tables to give the business and our people the kudos they deserve (and you should too - we’d love to hear your wins). Drum roll, please. During May… 🔥 We secured 10 discovery calls and sent four proposals for one of our clients 🙌 Hosted a webinar with 30+ people in attendance (the day after a bank holiday weekend) 💯 Grew our team, welcoming a Business Development Manager to lead a new client account 👋 Had lots more conversations to build some exciting partnerships 🎂 We celebrated three of the team’s birthdays! Go on…what’s one of your wins?

🚀 Exciting Closing Days of Q2; creating momentum within your sales team is essential to hitting those targets! Here some tips to generate buzz and to keep your sales team motivated and focused: 1️⃣ Set clear and achievable goals: break down your targets into daily goals for last closing week. Celebrate small wins to keep the team motivated and aware of their progress towards the bigger goal. 2️⃣ Enable a competitive spirit: introduce friendly and fun competitions with leaderboards and incentives. Recognize and reward not just the highest sales, but also i.e. the most active, most improved and the hardest working team members. 3️⃣ Communicate constantly: hold daily stand-ups or check-ins to keep everyone aligned and focused. Use these meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and discuss strategies for overcoming challenges. 4️⃣ Offer a supportive environment: encourage teamwork and collaboration. Pair up team members for peer coaching, and have reps share their successful tactics and tips with the rest of the team. 5️⃣ Boost momentum with fun activities: plan team-building activities or short breaks to keep the energy high. You could watch a European Cup game together, have online team coffee breaks, send a motivational video from the founder or arrange a surprise team lunch. These moments can recharge and refocus your team. Exchange tasks within the team to come up with fun daily activities to create activity, momentum and energy. Go and finish Q2 strong together! What are your best practices for keeping your sales team energized and motivated? Share your thoughts below! 👇 #motivationalmonday #closingweek

Happy Saturday to everyone! So I am sad to report that there was no PR in the gym this week, but that’s what I’ve been talking about. It’s patience, forgiveness, and recognizing wins wherever they are. This week at work has been full of highs and lows. Some weeks are just like that and it’s ok. Because like everything in life, “this too shall pass”. Now there wasn’t hardly any time in the gym because of work, but there was a lot of opportunity for PR’s at work. To be honest, that’s where they all came this week. I had my new client recognize all the hard work, long hours that I worked, the passion and dedication that I have showed, and lastly almost every manager thanking me for showing them that what we sold wasn’t just a sales pitch. Now let’s be honest, I don’t work for thank you’s because they don’t pay the bills, but honest appreciation goes a very long way for many of us, including me. So while PR’s are great to celebrate in the gym, the golf course, or on the basketball court, sometimes it happens where you least expected it… at work.. Take a moment to celebrate the small victories wherever you can find them. If not you could find yourself in a dark spot and not seeing your micro wins. There are victories everywhere, focus on them and they will keep building. In closing, I believe in the law of attraction… if you focus on negative things, the universe will listen and give you lots of negative things. Focus on the positive things and keep going. You will be surprised how quickly things change. And I’ll be the first to say I struggle with this. Be better than me, and together we will accomplish great things!
