Had an amazing breakfast with a friend and mentor— he’s an RVP that still personally produces because he enjoys helping the “right client.” We chatted about titles and how everyone has different perspectives about them. We chatted about ideal clients in both of our spaces. (We’re in different industries.) We chatted about the feeling of validation and the sense of accomplishment you get after closing a deal. This week, QBRs are at the center. I couldn’t be prouder of the development and dedication of my team members. It’s incredible to see how much we’ve achieved together. We also noticed that the small things make a big impact: 💬 Explaining the Purpose of Meetings: When everyone understands the "why," it transforms the "how" and "what." Clear objectives lead to more productive discussions and outcomes. 📧 Following Up After Meetings: Consistent follow-ups ensure accountability and keep us all on track. It’s a simple practice that reinforces our commitments and drives progress. 💙 Kindness Costs Nothing: A positive attitude and a few kind words go a long way. Supporting each other not only boosts morale but also fosters a culture of engagement. Thank you to each team member for your hard work! Celebrating Our Wins in Q1! As we wrap up the first quarter of our fiscal year, I’m thrilled to celebrate my team’s hard work and amazing achievements. It’s not just about reaching our targets; it’s about keeping up the momentum and building on what we’ve achieved. I always say that real success is all about consistency. This quarter, my team has shown this by consistently delivering great work and always looking for new opportunities. Their drive and eagerness to achieve more is truly inspiring.
