Interreg Slam 2024-2025: 6 finalists, one celebration of EU Values ✨ Not familiar with #InterregSlam? It’s the annual international #competition of Interreg projects that awards the most impactful stories of cooperation across Europe 🌍 The 2024-2025 edition focuses on #EUValues, highlighting how collaborative efforts in healthcare, culture, education and beyond transform lives. We have 6 #finalists, and these are their stories: 🔸 Pallium (Interreg Italy 🇮🇹 - Switzerland 🇨🇭) By improving access to palliative care, this initiative ensures terminally ill patients in remote areas, and their families, receive vital support. 🔸 Justice without Borders (Interreg Rhin Supérieur | Oberrhein 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇨🇭) A bilingual legal support project helping residents of these border regions navigate in areas such as consumer and family law with ease. 🔸 Prosper BSR (Interreg Baltic Sea Region 🇱🇹🇱🇻🇵🇱🇩🇪) This initiative integrates refugees and immigrants into the labor market across Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, and Germany, fostering stronger, inclusive economies. 🔸 SMALL (Interreg North Sea Programme 🇩🇰🇩🇪🇳🇱🇧🇪🇬🇧🇸🇪) Making shared mobility (like bikes and scooters) accessible for everyone, this project reimagines urban transport to include kids, seniors and families. 🔸 SpeEd-2-Labour Market (Interreg Romania 🇷🇴 - Ukraine 🇺🇦) By modernizing special education and teacher training, this project supports children with disabilities as they transition into the workforce. 🔸 PaNaNet+ (Interreg Programme Austria-Hungary 🇦🇹 🇭🇺) Rediscovering and promoting hidden cultural and natural treasures, this project connects the two countries by showcasing their shared heritage.
