"You cannot beat this ground-level community engagement, creating positive cultural change to prevent violence against women and girls. Supporting campaigns like the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence allow organisations like the Fleet Street Quarter to amplify critical messages, raise awareness, and foster meaningful dialogue within communities." ✍ Fleet Street Quarter Safe and Secure Manager, Bethany Nash, writes on the BID's support for this year's campaign, bringing it to the Quarter, and working with partners to empower, educate and upskill local workers, managers and business owners. #fleetstreetquarter #cityoflondon #safety #security #vawg

🎁 Take a look back at this year’s Festive Fleet Street Quarter Makers’ Market, which returned to New Street Square last week! 🛍️ Over the two days, shoppers had the chance to explore a treasure trove of unique gifts while supporting independent makers and enjoying a bustling festive atmosphere in the square. ❄️ Pop-up igloos housed 12 incredible traders each day, showcasing an array of handcrafted offerings. From stunning art prints and handcrafted jewellery to stylish homeware and bespoke clothing, each year the Makers’ Market provides a chance for the FSQ community to browse for one-of-a-kind treasures right here on the office doorstep! 💡 Pop-up markets like these allow Fleet Street Quarter BID to provide retail opportunities for those working, living and visiting the FSQ. This in turn seeks to attract and retain footfall within the area providing a boost to our businesses and enhancing the local offering. 🧡 A HUGE thank you to Crafty Fox Market and Landsec for supporting the market again this year, as well as all the fabulous makers who braved the cold to bring their fabulous gifts to the Quarter!
