Jeremy Morgan recently conducted a site visit at Phase 7 of the Rochester Riverside development, a joint venture between Vistry Group and The Hyde Group that will deliver 84 new homes. After our successful involvement in earlier phases of the development, we are providing Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works services for Phase 7. This phase will provide modern homes with amenities, good transport links to London, and great views across the River Medway. We had a great time at this week's Women in Social Housing (WISH) London Winter Party! It was a great opportunity to hear from insightful speakers, celebrate the achievements of WISH London in 2024, and look ahead to 2025. calfordseaden was proud to sponsor the event, which focused on homelessness and temporary accommodation, one of the biggest issues affecting London. The event supported Crisis, a charity who helps those experiencing homelessness. The facility offers 622 parking spaces, including 30 blue badge spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and secure cycle parking for 80 bicycles. Emphasising sustainability and green thinking, the car park has been recognised for its excellence, winning the Best New Car Park award at the British Parking Awards 2023 and receiving the Park Mark Plus Award in 2023.
