It was great to join our partners at Chaplegate, Sempra Homes Ltd, and our subcontractors Entex Projects, KILHAN CONSTRUCTION LTD, Stanta UK, and BMS SCAFFOLDING LIMITED in donating wireless Ring doorbells that will help support women affected by domestic abuse and violence. These doorbells will provide vital peace of mind and added protection for those in need. Chaplegate will deliver 105 high-quality homes, including 35 houses and 70 apartments, designed with a fabric-first approach. The homes will feature air source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems, and electric vehicle charging points. This development is a crucial part of Basildon Council and Sempra Homes’ ongoing efforts to revitalise Basildon’s town centre, strengthen community infrastructure, and support sustainable growth in the area. #TheHillGroup #CommunityImpact

We were delighted to welcome Tom Copley, Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development to Little Gearies in #Barkingside, built in partnership with London Borough of Redbridge. 🏡 This development features 136 brand-new homes comprising a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments across five buildings, as well as three and four-bedroom family homes.
