  • Last week, we hosted our final Perspectives event of 2024. We explored what changing customer behaviour means for the future of our industry. What was clear is that IPMI is entering a new era, driven by customers who are more informed, proactive, and demanding than ever. And this is reshaping how we deliver care. Here are three important takeaways from the event: • Customers want healthcare that’s personalised, digital, and “always on” • There’s a clear shift from reactive care to proactive wellness.
