Serving customers and giving solutions has grown to be my best part of my 8-year career in the automotive industry, specifically vehicle parts retail department at CFAO Mobility Kenya. I am glad to share the same sentiments with our World of CX virtual breakfast guest James Muiruri, CXS., PXS . Key take outs as a CX champion were: 1. Importance of VOC: It is not just what the customer is saying, but how they experience our products and services. It also includes thinking into what the customer is not telling us. This gives opportunities for CX improvements which in the long run translate to the bottom line. 2. Life lesson: If you want to succeed as an upcoming leader, you cannot walk alone. One needs to reach out to mentors who will give insights and guidance to get you to the desired goal. 3. Do the homework: Research on your area of interest, get knowledge, get certifications.
