Steal this workflow to count how many demos were completed by AE's: Connect your cal to Hubspot you can create a 'demo' meeting type & then track it as an activity in Hubspot. Based on Activity Status (i.e. completed), you can either report directly or change a custom field. No more relying on manual updates from the AE or BDR teams to flip a field to meet completed. We're good at driving right-fit demos to our B2B SaaS clients... BUT... There's a bell curve of how well AEs respond to demos. 🚨 On the extreme left-hand side — they don't work the lead at all. 🤝 On the extreme right-hand side — they close >30% of demos. For the rest of us, instead of focusing purely on features and a product tour, here's a simple set of exploratory questions that might help you close deals faster: - Why now? - Why us? - What problems are you trying to solve? - How are you currently trying to solve the problem? - What will you regret if you don't change {pain} in 6 months? - What metric will suffer the most if we don't get X right? - Wishlist and use cases - Timing? Sooner or later? - Our platform is $X - Y for companies with problems like yours. Want to see it in action? It takes 15 minutes. Just do it.
