Steal this workflow to count how many demos were completed by AE's: Connect your cal to Hubspot you can create a 'demo' meeting type & then track it as an activity in Hubspot. Based on Activity Status (i.e. completed), you can either report directly or change a custom field. No more relying on manual updates from the AE or BDR teams to flip a field to meet completed. When your product can serve everyone, you end up serving no one well.
