Each Hanukkah the Auxiliary of Mount Sinai Hospital would place a menorah at the Information Desk that was a gift to the hospital from the past presidents of the Auxiliary in memory of a president who served in 1922. They would then visit every patient in the hospital and bring them a small gift. This photo from the 1970s shows the menorah being lit by a group of about 8 to 10 past presidents of the Auxiliary. #TBT #ThrowbackThursday
