There is nothing more true than this statement. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with incredible individuals who were not just my bosses but became my mentors over time. These people played a crucial role in my professional growth, providing me with support, guidance, and dedication at every step. I was fortunate to have leaders who truly made a difference in my development. When you encounter such people in your professional journey, you learn to appreciate your work environment. 📣My advice: do not take for granted that all your future bosses will be the same! Be thankful for the opportunity to work with amazing professionals. I firmly believe that these experiences are what truly make a difference when deciding whether to stay with an organization. Although I no longer work with them, I remember them with gratitude and happiness for having been part of my journey. #Leadership #Mentorship #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #Gratitude #WorkJourney #Inspiration #CareerAdvice #WorkCulture #EmployeeEngagement #Thankful #CareerPath #ProfessionalJourney #LeadershipMatters #MentorshipMatters #PositiveWorkEnvironment #CareerSuccess #WorkplaceInspiration #StayMotivated #ProfessionalMentors

THOUGHTS I After failed attempts chores to help me fall asleep here I am on laptop again as still awake.... As I open my linkedin found this post grabbing my attention . I am always busy doing " something " but this last few years have been an increase on such with me going beyond my normal . In the middle of all I started I also included my very own introspection where I performed four routines : see it , read it , understand it , change it accordingly . It has been a long -and at times painful - process but I have found answers , solutions and improved some of my concepts. Such introspection has been my biggest project and during it I did what this post says times and times again : RESTARTED dreams , aims and targets I had given up on RESET believes on which I had lost confidence / trust in REFOCUSED my mindset in order to better define my actions / responses Some re-starts were hard but somehow got over them , resetting at times brought me even more pain / disappointment but dealt with it and refocusing has become a daily routine for me . Some changes still scare me but I keep doing them . Just as an example : I had gain the fear of hugging / getting close to people in general as started to fear " exposing myself too much " but kept doing it . The main difference nowadays resides on the fact that when doing it now I don't feel so comfortable avoiding it in some situations. My self protecting has increased ( not sure that is good or bad if honest ) and in spite of fearing " excess of exposing " I still do acts like posts here contradicting myself to a certain extend... Have even considered " shutting my mind " for a period of time but then decided to face it up instead. Maybe the concept of " my life project " has become bigger as I go through its phases reason why I am still opening this much of me . I feel myself changing, feeling emotions I had given up on / feared and concerning some topics still working them out ...but I am hopeful I am on the right path and my answers will appear when the time is right .

🌟 Empowering Women: Celebrating International Women’s Day 🌟 As we mark International Women’s Day, it's a momentous occasion to reflect on the remarkable achievements and contributions of women worldwide. Today, I stand proud as a woman, an advocate, and a supporter of gender equality, as we celebrate the progress we've made and reaffirm our commitment to a more inclusive and equitable future. International Women’s Day is not just about celebrating the accomplishments of individual women; it's about recognizing the collective strength, resilience, and power of women everywhere. It's a day to honor the trailblazers who have shattered glass ceilings, challenged stereotypes, and paved the way for generations to come. As a woman, I am deeply inspired by the countless stories of courage, determination, and leadership that define our journey. From the boardroom to the classroom, from the laboratory to the battlefield, women are breaking barriers, defying expectations, and redefining what it means to be a leader in today’s world. But our work is far from over. Despite the progress we've made, women continue to face systemic barriers and inequalities in every sphere of life. From wage disparities to gender-based violence, from underrepresentation in leadership roles to limited access to education and healthcare, the challenges we face are immense. That's why International Women’s Day is not just a day of celebration; it's a call to action. It's a reminder that we must continue to advocate for gender equality, amplify women's voices, and dismantle the structures of oppression that hold us back. As women, we have a collective responsibility to support and uplift one another, to mentor the next generation of leaders, and to create spaces where every woman can thrive and succeed. Together, we are stronger, more resilient, and more powerful than we could ever be alone. So today, let us celebrate the women who inspire us, the women who came before us, and the women who will lead us into the future. Let us recommit ourselves to the fight for gender equality, knowing that our voices, our actions, and our solidarity can change the world. Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women out there. Let’s continue to rise, shine, and make our voices heard. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2024 #Empowerment #GenderEquality #WomenSupportingWomen 🌟
