After dealing with a debilitating arrhythmia for years, our Northwell Cardiovascular Institute patient Tom opted for a robotic-assisted ablation at the Sandra Atlas Bass Heart Hospital at North Shore University Hospital, which he said has absolutely changed his life for the better.
Even after three ablations, Tom still struggled with a debilitating arrhythmia. Our team at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, led by Dr. Haisam Ismail, referred him to the Sandra Atlas Bass Heart Hospital at North Shore University Hospital to undergo a robotic-assisted ablation with Dr. Frank Manetta. The procedure was a huge success for Tom, who is enjoying his new lease on life with his repaired heart. Watch ⬇️
