Explore The July Days! At The July, we’re all about collaboration and learning by doing. That’s why we’ve launched That’s why we’ve launched Crossover Trainings, now known as Explore The July Days. Last week, Krista van der Laan from HR joined the kitchen team at Vessel 🍳, and Simika Nayyar, our Marketing Director, helped out at the front office at Boat & Co 🛎️. These crossovers give us the chance to explore different roles, learn new skills, build empathy, and grow together as a team. We can’t wait to see where this journey takes us next.
