This Christmas, we’re proud to continue our commitment to supporting local communities by partnering with our volunteering partner Refuge Network International for the second year in a row. As a business, we packed Christmas shoeboxes filled with festive treats, winter essentials, and hygiene items, to bring joy and comfort to those in need across London. Our incredible UK team came together from our London and Norfolk offices, as well as our Acton warehouse, to make this initiative a success. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed their time and Christmas cheer to this meaningful cause. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas from #TeamMV!

We're really proud to share that we have been shortlisted for Supply Chain Sustainability Project of the Year in the edie Awards 2025. 🎉 This is in recognition of our impactful collaboration with Zimbaqua, and the creation of the Odyssey Collection. A signature MV collection crafted with women's empowerment at its core. Thank you to edie for this nomination and congratulations to all of the other nominees, who are all driving positive change across a vast number of industries. 👏

Our employee committees published their second quarterly newsletter last week, sharing updates with all of Team MV. 🎁 Green Team made everyone aware of an opportunity to use a paid volunteering hour to give back to our local community 🍌 We Care introduced us to 'Work / Life Blend', reframing away from 'balance' being a fixed point and putting us back in control of what we add or take away to find our best blend 🤑 Feel Good had some top tips for money management at an expensive time of year ✊🏿 We Belong dedicated their page to Black History Month, with suggestions for showing support beyond October's focus We are super proud of the passion and commitment that every member of our employee committees puts into their work.

We’re incredibly honored to announce that Monica Vinader, our co-founder, has been recognised as one of Country and Town House’s Future Icons Power People of 2025! This prestigious award celebrates global changemakers and brand leaders making a positive impact by shaping conversations, championing new narratives, and driving meaningful change. As a brand, we are equally proud to be named Best Sustainable Watch or Jewellery Brand in the Future Icons Awards. Sustainability and responsibility have been at the core of our brand since Monica co-founded the business, guided by the principle of ‘doing the right thing.’ For us, this means crafting quality, responsibly sourced jewellery. As Monica says, “We need to cherish pieces, re-wear them, repair them, and ultimately pass them on to support a more responsible future.” This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to ethical craftsmanship, enduring quality, and a sustainable future. Thank you for supporting our journey.

We have recently been made aware that the MV name is being used in a phishing scam and wanted to make sure we are proactively protecting LinkedIn members from risk. All our open roles are posted on our company Careers page (https://lnkd.in/gt8pdNw), and usually on our LinkedIn too. Any candidate moving forward with a role is required to submit their application through Jobvite (which our Careers page is part of). If we are doing any speculative approaching of candidates, it is through one of our Careers emails (@monicavinader.com), the inbox from this page, or a member of our People & Culture team who is affiliated with MV on LinkedIn. This is most likely to be Anna Bellamy or Mercedes Robb Porcel Assoc CIPD in our Talent team. If you are ever in any doubt, please don’t open any files you are sent that you are unsure about. Thanks to everyone who has contacted us to make us aware of this happening.

For World Menopause Day, our Director of People & Culture, Natalie Trumper, published an article on our company wide feed to share her experiences of going through the menopause, the challenges that her symptoms presented and the help and treatment she has received since seeing her GP. Sharing a personal story of the impact that menopause can have, had an almost immediate ripple effect out to our employee population, giving them a stepping stone into a conversation with their manager about their own experiences and what they found was helping them to navigate their symptoms. We are so proud of Nat for cutting through the taboos surrounding menopause with her authentic and vulnerable storytelling. As a companion to Nat’s story, our We Care team of MHFAs created the attached Menopause Facts & Myths infographic, to further support our teams with understanding what typically happens before, during and after menopause.

We are thrilled to share Monica Vinader’s 2024 Impact Report, detailing our progress, and achievements, as well as areas for improvement over the last 12 months. We have made significant strides this year towards achieving our vision for a more transparent, sustainable jewellery industry. 60% of our collection is now fully transparent on our Product Passport, and we have achieved a 90% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions relative to our baseline. While we celebrate the wins in this report, we recognise that progress is a process. We will continue catalysing change in our industry and enabling our community to feel confident that their jewellery is crafted consciously, with integrity and care. A huge thank you to our customers, suppliers and external partners, because without you none of this would have been possible, and to #TeamMV for turning our mission into a reality. #worldmentalhealthday 🌍 At Monica Vinader we have 15 MHFA's who sit on our WeCare team. Reaching across our incredible employee communities in Retail, Operations, Head Office and Customer Care, they are all trained to listen without judgement, give advice, and where appropriate encourage both professional and self care support. Addtionally we support each other through sharing what makes us smile and feel good- cakes, singing, swimming, cats, walking, books and dogs! (the full list is much longer!)
