Get to know Moni Bujkova, who began her journey at RPC almost 17 years ago as a Service Desk Operator, later progressing to the role of Service Desk Team Leader. 👩💼💻 Her career then evolved as she transitioned to the Process Department, where she made significant contributions, before moving into Quality Assurance and later taking on the role of Deputy Head of IT for a few months. Since 2020, Monika has been the Team Lead of Service Management, where Business Architects also joined the team, allowing her to apply her extensive experience and embrace new challenges. 🌟

✨At RPC, we love to make good deeds happen. That's why we're proud to be part of the #GivingTuesday initiative for the third year in a row. This month, we participated in the Christmas from a box project through Robme radosť, n.o. , supporting the Emauzy Asylum Centre in Holic, which provides its services mainly to abused women and children. Together, we’re bringing joy to 28 children and 20 mothers with thoughtful gifts and care. 🎄✨ 🧥 And in November, our incredible team took part in a clothing donation collecting several bags of warm winter clothes for those in need. This year’s Christmas Reception was a night to remember. 😊 We celebrated our 2024 achievements, honored our 🏆 Superheroes of the Year 2024, and celebrated receiving the RBI Denis Cronin Award for Excellence in Security and Business Continuity as a company. The fun continued with a lively contest for the best Christmassy outfits, which brought plenty of creative outfits, followed by a captivating live performance by Anabela Mollova that filled the room with music and cheer. The holiday season truly came to life at RPC during our St. Nicholas celebration for the little ones. Festive activities filled the day with joy, delighting children 🎨 (and even a few parents). From colorful face painting to a heartwarming Christmas theater, the event was a magical experience for all. Crafting and gingerbread decorating added a creative and sweet touch to the festivities. 🍪 A special moment arrived when St. Nicholas 🎅 made his appearance, spreading smiles as he handed out gifts 🎁 to every child. Last week, we had the opportunity to present what life is like in 24/7 IT support at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, STU, as part of UNISPACE. Our colleague Denis shared insights on this topic and explained our role in the authorization process.💻💳 The lecture focused on the following key areas: Monitoring Automation Release and Patching We also prepared a practical task where participants created a Patch Plan.
