Get to know Moni Bujkova, who began her journey at RPC almost 17 years ago as a Service Desk Operator, later progressing to the role of Service Desk Team Leader. 👩💼💻 Her career then evolved as she transitioned to the Process Department, where she made significant contributions, before moving into Quality Assurance and later taking on the role of Deputy Head of IT for a few months. Since 2020, Monika has been the Team Lead of Service Management, where Business Architects also joined the team, allowing her to apply her extensive experience and embrace new challenges. 🌟
