Meet two of our divisions 👋🏻   🔹 Group Finance & HR Solutions The team aims to drive excellence in finance and HR solutions on group IT platforms across Erste Group Bank AG. This covers business applications from group accounting, financial consolidation, regulatory reporting and the entire HR lifecycle. Cornelia Grasser supervises this division with experts from 16 nationalities working from 3 locations.   🔹 Workplace & Branch Infrastructure The Workplace & Branch Infrastructure team ensures we’re always connected and equipped to perform at our best. They manage, maintain, and modernise our digital workplaces – whether it’s telephony, workplace services, or a friendly voice at the service desk when something goes wrong. Eduard Lehrner leads the division, providing the tools and support that keep everything running smoothly.   What connects all our teams? It’s the diversity of perspectives, skills, and expertise that make our solutions unique. Across our divisions, diversity isn’t just about different backgrounds – it’s about leveraging our collective strengths to shape the future of work and banking together.   #makeITmatter

A day entirely dedicated to learning! This year’s Learning Day featured an inspiring Welcome Session, followed by 40+ Learning Sessions across 4 locations and online. Experts from across the company shared their knowledge on topics shaping our future:   💡 AI's impact on IT 🌍 Creating accessible digital products ☁️ Upskilling with cloud technologies 🤝 Practical tools for stronger teamwork   With a variety of crisp learning sessions, everyone had the opportunity to design their own learning agenda, staying true to the motto: "Your development, powered by you."   Our Head of People and Culture Alexandra Eichberger, captured the essence of the day perfectly: "What a day dedicated to growth and curiosity! In a constantly changing world, we need people who are curious, eager to try new things, and ready to grow beyond themselves. That’s why learning is one of our top priorities.
