Last Saturday’s wellness session at Royal Lake Club Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic experience for their members! We started with an informative 1-hour theory session on Heart Rate and Strength Training for Longevity, setting the foundation for a stronger, healthier future. Following the theory session, we moved on to a hands-on stretch and exercise session using body weights and resistance bands, allowing members to apply what they had just learned. We wrapped up the session with a brief guide on how to use the state-of-the-art Technogym equipment in the gym. A huge thank you to our trainer, Lyn Kong for making the session both fun and educational! Her expert guidance helped everyone get the most out of the day, empowering members to make the most of their fitness journeys.
