Stop eating before your workout if you want to burn body fat! Your body has two main energy sources: glycogen (from glucose) and fat. By not eating before your workout, you force your body to tap into its fat stores for energy, helping you burn more fat and achieve a leaner look. As soon as you start exercising on an empty stomach, your body begins burning fat instead of glucose from a recent meal. #LondonFitness #UKWorkout #LondonGym #FatBurn #FitnessTips Do you eat before your workout?

No matter what anyone says to you, there is no way to make progress in the gym unless you eat carbs. You will not get stronger, faster, get more endurance or recover as well unless you eat carbs. However, it is totally understandable to be a bit worried that eating more (healthier) carbs will result in some weight gain or weight loss stagnation. Here are some ways to combat that fear: 1. If you workout early in the morning then eat the most carbs post workout, decreasing each meal. 2. If you workout early afternoon then eat the most carbs early in the morning, with a slight decrease for your post workout meal and dinner is a much smaller amount. 3. If you workout later in the day then make your first two meals carb heavy and your post workout meal heavier in protein and lighter in heavy carbs
