Are there any lessons to share? Absolutely! A few highlights include reduced attrition, a more efficient recruitment process, access to a broader talent pool, and enhanced diversity and inclusion within the band. Curious to learn more? Spotify puts the spotlight on… Flexible Public Holiday. What's the deal? It's a way to celebrate holidays that align with your values and beliefs. In practice, you can swap your public holiday based on what matters most to you. For example, work on Christmas Day and trade it for a day off on Diwali, Thanksgiving, Midsummer, Lunar New Year, or International Non-Binary People’s day.
