Some time ago I got opportunity to see this inspiring video of Mrs. Frederiksen presenting us the concept of "distributed" leadership and building the dynamic, multidimensional networks of leaders, which empowers everyone's knowledge and creativity. This speech is already 2 years old, however today in even more demanding business environment it can be more relevant than ever. Many companies use middle managers to support top down messages, that’s ok, but I prefer to support this view of Gitte Frederiksen on TED Conferences TEDx Don’t rely on the org chart and rather on respected profiles across the organization at any level. Be aware, accept and use this influence reality in your advantage as a formal way to address your organisation and more successful in influencing your staff. #leadership #influence
