Some time ago I got opportunity to see this inspiring video of Mrs. Frederiksen presenting us the concept of "distributed" leadership and building the dynamic, multidimensional networks of leaders, which empowers everyone's knowledge and creativity. This speech is already 2 years old, however today in even more demanding business environment it can be more relevant than ever. Leadership not as a hierarchy but the corporate culture promoting: trust, shared responsibility, support and proactiveness ? For some still SF for others a recipe for success.. and what are your thoughts on this topic ? 🤔 https://lnkd.in/dAE4_gT7 #Leadership #ModernManagement #Trust #Business

Great idea! Mrs. Frederiksen's insights on distributed leadership are truly inspiring especially the replacement of the power of the few with the influence of the many. Unfortunately, this is not so easy task to achieve due to many factors like old structure, company values, or fear of change and losing control. I could see how this approach boosts innovation and adaptability in many areas.

I fully agree with this perspective on leadership ! it is not only relevant but essential in today's fast evolving business landscape. Embracing a distributed leadership model is precisely the direction organizations should pursue. This approach not only leverages the collective expertise within teams but also fosters innovation and resilience. Shifting from rigid hierarchies to dynamic, collaborative networks of leaders can indeed be a powerful recipe for long term success.
