Pacific Post Partum Support Society’s Post

Continuing our LinkedIn edition of our 12 Days of Giving Campaign... As we work toward a future where no parent faces postpartum struggles alone, we’re deeply grateful for the incredible partners who share our vision. Postpartum depression (PPD) doesn’t just affect new mothers—it can affect the whole family. Research shows that non-birthing partners can experience PPD themselves, with symptoms like anxiety, irritability, sleep disturbances, and feelings of isolation. These challenges are often under-discussed, but they play a vital role in shaping the mental health of the entire family unit. At Pacific Postpartum Support Society (PPPSS), partner support groups provide a safe space for non-birthing partners to connect, share experiences, and access mental health resources. Through these groups, partners can share and hear from people going through the same experiences as them, creating a space where they feel less alone. Check out our carousel to hear what partners had to say about our support groups. By supporting PPPSS, you’re not just helping parents—you’re supporting entire families. Your donation enables us to continue offering essential partner support groups and resources that have a lasting impact on family well-being. Join us in making a difference for parents and families in need by donating to our 12 Days of Giving campaign. Every contribution counts!
