It’s the most wonderful time of the year—and the most generous. Join the #GivingTuesday movement and give back to causes you care about. This Giving Tuesday, consider donating to HRI's Give Hope, Drive Change campaign to support life-changing research for mental health and substance use health. The transition to adulthood is a critical time, but many young people face unique challenges that leave them vulnerable to mental health struggles. That's why HRI is expanding our efforts to help transition-age youth. Your gift will help drive research forward — launching new studies, identifying new treatments and building partnerships to uncover the solutions we urgently need. Together, we can bring real hope to young adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. Make a one-time donation or become a monthly donor to support vital research throughout the year. Donate by December 31st and our partners at Homewood Health will match your gift, dollar-for-dollar, doubling your impact. #MentalHealthResearch #SubstanceUse #SubstanceUseHealth #addictionmedicine #MentalHealth

⭐The Big Give Christmas Challenge is back! ⭐ Once again, we're taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. From 12pm on 3 December until 12pm on 10 December, every penny you give through the Big Give website will be doubled. This means one donation will make twice the impact. This year, we'll be fundraising for our Early Intervention Service for Young People aged 11-18. This free service provides tailored support for those that need it most. The number of children and young people who are waiting for mental health support in West Kent is over double any other area in Kent and Medway. It's statistics like this that highlight the importance of programmes like our Early Intervention Service. That's why we're asking you to donate to our Big Give Christmas Challenge. It's only through your support that we're able to provide this service. And children and young people with mental health problems need our help now more than ever. The Big Give Christmas Challenge goes live on Tuesday, 3 December, so remember to save the date! Please keep an eye on our social media channels and website for more information about how you can get involved. 🗓️ Tuesday, 3 December - Tuesday, 10 December #BigGiveChristmasChallenge #SaveTheDate #TeamWestKentMind #WestKentMind #TeamWKM #ChildrenAndYoungPeople #ChildrenAndYoungPeopleServices #ChildrenAndYoungPeopleProgramme #ChildrenAndYoungPeopleMentalHealthServices #ChildrenAndYoungPeopleMentalHealthSupport #MentalHealth #MentalHealthSupport #MentalHealthProgramme #MentalHealthServices #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthRecovery #SupportLocal #LocalSupport #MentalHealthCharity #SmallCharity #LocalCharity #SmallLocalCharity #SmallMentalHealthCharity

This #GivingTuesday, make a BIG difference with a SMALL charity! 💙 Here’s why you should support stem4: ✨ Your donation goes directly to providing free, life-changing mental health support for young people. ✨ We’re a small but mighty team making a HUGE impact—300,000 young people supported last year alone! ✨ Your money goes further with us—just £10 helps 10 young people access vital mental health tools. ✨ We’re transforming lives, with 9 out of 10 young people reporting improved mental health using our apps. We’re also thrilled to share that we’re 40% of the way to our Winter Appeal target—but we still need your help to reach the finish line. 💡 This year, help us keep going and growing. Donate now at stem4.org.uk/winter-appeal and ensure no young person faces mental health challenges alone. #GivingTuesday #SupportSmallCharities #YouthMentalHealth #WinterAppeal GivingTuesday

"We need to show greater empathy toward the younger generation." Youth Worker & Founder of @wrldxyen, Joshua, discusses the #mentalhealth challenges facing young people today. As reported by @TrustforLondon, "3 in 4 young people experiencing mental health problems can't access the support they need." At Spiral Skills, we believe that empathy and action are essential in supporting young people through these difficulties. We’re fundraising to expand our one-to-one provision that supports emotional and mental well-being while also teaching the essential skills needed to navigate life confidently. Our goal is to provide more therapeutic support for youth workers and young people in high need. A donation of £20 can sponsor a one-to-one mentoring session, and a £50 donation will sponsor a therapeutic session for a young person in need. Join us in making a difference. Your support will empower young people to feel seen, understood, and equipped for the future. 👉 Find out more: https://lnkd.in/emuxTDi8 👉 Donate here: https://lnkd.in/euuZ456r #YouthEmpowerment #MentalHealthAwareness #CommunitySupport #EssentialSkills #SpiralSkills #EmpathyInAction #GivingTuesday
