Despite therapy, medications, and countless appointments, we lost someone we loved deeply. That loss ignited my passion to act—to ensure no family faces this battle alone. I founded Our Foundation Matters to close the gaps in mental health care. Over 50% of people struggling with mental health challenges never receive help. This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a call to action. We believe knowledge is power. Through eBooks, workshops, and online tools, we’re empowering families with simple, science-backed strategies to build resilience and prevent crises before they start. Your support makes this possible. Every $50 equips a family with resources. Every $500 funds a workshop that changes lives. Together, we can create a ripple effect of well-being that lasts for generations. 📲 Donate today at https://lnkd.in/dvR6KqwF "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world." – Nelson Mandela Will you join us in turning heartbreak into hope? PUSH-UP CHALLENGE // Yup, we're doing it!! Well... actually... Lee Stevens is doing it. He's jumped in with Adam Cheyne MPIA and the Urbankind team because Annie and Nicholas have no upper body strength. Nadda. Zilch. And anyway, Annie has to take the photos and video, and Nick has to count the reps to keep Lee honest. 😉 Sooooo, it would be great to get people on board and support our fundraising efforts. Here's the link to make a donation > https://lnkd.in/gKwvGZ94 Why? Mental Health is something Nick and Lee are really passionate about... particularly men's mental health and navigating fatherhood with life. It's something we should talk about more. So much more. And The Push-Up Challenge is Australia's largest mental health and fitness event that supports charities to deliver crisis support initiatives, programs and services that help in the prevention and early intervention of depression, anxiety and suicide. We can't think of any better reason to give this a go, starting today. Please make a pledge, and we'll keep you up-to-date on our progress over the next 24 days. #pushforbetter #vividrecruitment #clearandsimple #mentalhealth
