Higher education is expensive. The average cost of college in the United States is $38,270 per year, including books, supplies, and daily living expenses. Likewise, boot camps like General Assembly’s UX Design program cost $16,450. While online courses have existed for decades as a popular, more cost-effective option, without professional development, career changers are left without a way to apply their knowledge or create a professional trajectory built on their strengths. This is the driving force behind Merit America: to make in-demand careers accessible by combining the best of online learning with world-class coaching and support. To achieve that, it all starts with making the opportunity to pursue online job training affordable. In this article, we’ll explore how you can afford Merit America without breaking the bank. https://bit.ly/48kDSIE

Being an international student in a new country comes with its fair share of challenges, but finding a company that supports both your career and education? That’s a rare gem. 💎 That’s why I’m beyond excited to share that I was chosen as a winner of the Rogers Retail Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)! When I first heard about TAP, I thought, “Could this really make a difference for me?” And trust me, it did. It’s not just about the financial boost – though $1,000 towards tuition definitely helps! 💰 It’s about being part of a company that truly believes in its people. TAP isn’t just a program; it’s Rogers’ way of saying, “We see your hustle, and we’re here to help you succeed.” Winning this assistance was more than just financial help; it was a reminder that I’m not alone in this journey. Rogers truly believes in helping employees – international students included – achieve their dreams. If you’re balancing work and school, keep dreaming big because with the right support, like TAP, those dreams are entirely within reach! 💪💫 #RogersTAP #InternationalStudents #DreamBig #Grateful #EducationSupport #FromDreamToReality #RogersFamily #BalancingWorkAndSchool #CareerGrowth #RogersRetail

Did your chapter have a membership class this year? Have you completed the required paperwork for your class? Chapters should submit a Membership Candidate Registration (MCR) at the beginning of the candidate process, and the Initiate Registration (IRF) at the end of the candidate process. Please double-check your paperwork in OPUS to make sure all membership candidates have completed their policy acknowledgements on the MCR. Also make sure to look at the notes section on the right-side of the form for any feedback from National Headquarters or National/District Leadership members. Once all membership candidates have completed their policy acknowledgements, make sure to set the status of the MCR to "Signatures Submitted to National Headquarters" so that it shows up in HQ's queue for processing. DEADLINES: MCR: due within 7 days following 1st Degree IRF: initiation fees should collected prior to 3rd Degree, and the IRF and fees are due within 30 days following 3rd Degree

🎯 "The Exam Rollercoaster: Let's Do This!" 🎯 Exams are flying by, and the uncertainty is real. You sit there thinking, 'What will the next paper throw at me?' The last one was tough – what’s coming next? FR or SFM? 🤔 In the middle of all this chaos, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. As students, we all go through the ups and downs, juggling sleepless nights, last-minute revisions, and that constant worry. But remember, we can’t control the exam pattern or what’s on the paper. What we can control is our effort, our dedication, and how we show up. 💪 No one said it would be easy, but it will be worth it. So, take a breath, study smart, and trust yourself. What’s meant to happen will happen. 🌟 Let’s give it our all , not just for the grades, but for the journey we’ve been on. Waking up in the street of s0c1al m£d1a these days comes with mixed feelings - the good, the bæd and the vgly. Suddenly, the youths become vuln£rabl£ to n£gat1v1ty to the extent that v1c£s are celebrated and series of ev1l compete to top the list. Where are the l£ad£rs of tomorrow? What is the hope of the next generation? With the present state of affairs, what legacy will be passed on to the next generation I keep asking myself, “Could this be the proverbial time when ev1l will override good?”. I look forward to seeing a tribe of purpose-driven champs; A tribe of young people who will pride themselves on a great value system and despise v1c£s in every sense of it, A tribe that will flaunt intellectual property and not body structures, A tribe that will make Godly values cool and fun to imbibe, A tribe of young people who will come to social media with positive influence to impact and not just to consume, A tribe that will lock hands together to drive great visions and goals to make a difference in the world, A tribe of great minds who will collaborate to build incredible solutions for humanity and will not gæng up to become problems for mankind, A tribe of great minds who will understand that they are already equipped to become anything great in life and will not be deterred by any form of excuses, A tribe of wealthy minds who will understand that they can tap into their inherent gifts to find their Ruling Domain, The time has come to raise this tribe. Are you a parent, a teacher (academic or r£l1g10us teacher), a youth l£ader, a youth pastor, a r£lig10us leader or any child handler? Are you a preteen, teenager, undergraduate or young adult? You can be part of this tribe. We will be setting out with the Purposeful Living Conference which will feature great thought leaders from different walks of life who will share proven strategies for raising or becoming a purpose-driven generation. This will be a free virtual conference. All you need to do is to register. Check the comment section for registration link.
