Today we join other organisations across Scotland in supporting hashtag #ScottishHousingDay 🏡 The theme for this year is 'Homes For Life' which encourages people to think how the housing sector can better support people in their homes as their needs and priorities change. As Scotland's population is ageing faster than elsewhere in the UK, we recognise the importance of focusing on delivering homes that meet both the current and future needs of individuals. This year's 'Homes for Life' theme allowed us the opportunity to engage with tenants and start an open discussion on what they think their future housing needs will be and what the housing sector can do to help deliver this. Examples of these changes might include simple adaptions, installing technology to support living independent, access to housing support as well as ensuring our new properties are built and designed to meet individuals current and future needs. #ScottishHousing #HomesForLife
