When I floated the concept of startups matching banking & consulting offer timelines, some people rightfully doubted whether this would ever be possible. In reality, the gap is narrowing. A few weeks ago we started giving June 2025 offers for college seniors. Traba is not an anomaly either; top startups have been advancing offers to interns and new grads for the past 10+ years. In a 2016 internet post from Cristina Cordova, she wrote that by November, Stripe had dished out all of their internship spots for the following summer. This was a mere 6 years after the company was founded. In 2020, Plaid started hiring “New Business Associate Interns” who were college juniors that returned to the company full-time the following year. This trend will continue to take place during the budding stages of iconic companies. Ultimately, it’s a luxury that signals parabolic growth and strong runway. Over 3-5 recruiting cycles, these startups strengthen their moat on talent and create a snowball effect that breeds high-potential leaders from within. We’re hiring 2025 grads across multiple teams as one of the companies doing this today.

Re-Shoring American manufacturing isn’t just about factories—it’s about people. 💜
Re-shoring + revamping the US industrial base is being discussed more and more. There are many policy issues, but the biggest thing we need to invest in is people. Thankful to work everyday to solve these problems with great people at Traba

Building a great company starts with building a great team 🚀 Reminiscing about this incredible moment from a few weeks ago when our CEO, Mike Shebat, shared the stage with some of the best minds in the industry—Keith Rabois, Ramp's Eric Glyman, and Airbnb’s Brian Chesky— at an event co-hosted by Khosla Ventures and Ramp, centered on the art of hiring. What’s your biggest takeaway when it comes to building and scaling a high-performing team? 👇
Missed Brian Chesky's talk on Founder Mode? Well, today is your lucky day. Keith Rabois recently hosted Brian for a fireside chat on the topic at Ramp's NYC headquarters. + Our CEO Eric Glyman and Traba CEO Mike Shebat also shared unique leadership insights on the art of hiring. 🎄🎶 It’s time! 🎶🎄 And while everyone else is unboxing their Mariah Carey playlists and decorating trees, you’re over here wondering how to survive the most stressful season of all—holiday staffing. No-shows, last-minute orders, and unpredictable demand can make it feel like wrapping gifts with one hand tied behind your back. So, how can you navigate the holiday rush without losing sleep this year? Learn how here 👇

Black Friday brings chaos, and staffing can make or break your success. How did this year go for you? 😰 Between no-shows and the fast pace, it’s tough to find temp workers who can handle the heat. Some teams even had to shut down sales just to catch up. Did you face the chaos, or did your team rise above? If staffing was your biggest headache, there’s a better way. With us, you get pre-vetted, reliable workers who are ready to perform under pressure. Next time, let us take the stress out of staffing. 🤷♂️

Ever wonder what it’s really like to join a startup right out of college? 👀 At Traba, we’re on a mission to empower the next generation of talent, offering opportunities that challenge, inspire, and prepare you for what’s next. We’re hiring entry-level positions across key business functions. Ready to take the leap?
What I wish someone told me in college: Since I started at Traba, I've left the office every day with my head spinning (in the best way possible). In 5 months, I've travelled to Atlanta and Dallas to push deals across the line, conducted 2nd and 3rd round Traba interviews, led 2 team trainings, and written material for the company LinkedIn page. Yesterday, I got back from McAllen, TX where I was supporting one of our newest customers for their first few shifts with Traba. None of the above are even a part of my core responsibility at the company. Today, almost everyone I know is in some sort of Analyst job, and many of these roles are also awesome (it's not a zero-sum game). You can't go wrong by building a skillset that will be transferable to whatever you decide to do after. The fact that the internship offer comes 1.5 years ahead of its start date is also extremely attractive. If startup offers could match banking and consulting time horizons, I think we would see one of the biggest pre-professional shifts ever among business-oriented college students. Few people work for a startup out of college because the recruiting process does not have the structure or predictability of other cycles. And of course, no Series A company will ever be able to compete with the timelines of huge firms. That's why what people like Ian Feeney and Andy Linder are doing is so important. If TCP and others can continue weaving a sense of structure and confidence into new-grad startup recruiting, it'd be an amazing breakthrough. Around this time last year, I was home for Thanksgiving as a college senior. I knew I wanted to help build a company and have equity in the outcome but I had no clue where to start. So this year, whether you apply to Traba (we're hiring entry-level across all business functions) or simply begin to explore the startup route, just know that this path exists. The Olympian's Work Ethic of the engineering team at Traba continues to blow me away. Yesterday, Joseph Besgen and Rishi Penmetcha delivered a key breakthrough on a major project, pounding some La Colombe Double Shots and grinding all night at the office to get demo-ready. They were so locked in that even the cleaning crew—who came through between 2:30–4 AM—did a double take. Special shoutout to Gavin as well, who dialed in at 2 AM to help set up testing. Startups are built by this kind of heroic effort. Proud to build alongside these legends. Pictured below: Rishi demoing to the team (had to add in Joey & Gavin of course)
