    2024 has been probably the most innovative year I've been at Outreach. There's been so much released it's been so fun to have 'ah-ha' moments with customers, but also for us - Outreach employees - who get to sell and use this workflow-altering tech! If you haven't used Outreach's Smart Account or Smart Deal Assist, they offer AI-generated summaries of recent account or deal activities. You're a question away from instant context. Earlier this week my SC Clay and I couldn't connect before an upcoming demo and the first reflex is still slack. But then.... 🔥
