Today we had the privilege of hosting Joe Laber, Chuck Fox, Rob Craft, Pat, and Linda from MCPAW (Miami County Partners for Animal Welfare) for an inspiring Lunch & Learn session! They shared plans for their exciting new project — a new 9,600 sq ft facility for Miami County Animal Shelter they’re currently fundraising for, which will help them expand their mission and care for even more animals in need! We’re excited to support MCPAW and look forward to seeing all the great things to come as they continue their important work. 🐶🐱 Thank you to this team for everything you do for the animals in our community and thank you for brightening our day with your mission and furry friend! 🐾💖

🎉 Big Congratulations to our amazing HR Manager, Ally Richardson, SHRM-CP and her many class members for completing the Leadership Troy program through the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce - Troy, Ohio! 🙌 Ally's Thoughts on the Program and Experience Below "Leadership Troy was a 10-month journey where I was able to dive deeper into what’s really happening in the community. Living in Piqua most of my life, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about Miami County and Troy, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Growing up, I was fortunate enough that I never needed to use any community resources; because of that, I didn’t know what all Miami County had to offer. I learned so many fascinating and useful lessons throughout the last 10 months. Not only did we get to explore the community, we got to participate in quite a few leadership activities. The first class in January, I was pretty nervous (and intimidated) about being surrounded by so many leaders, I didn’t feel that I was in the right spot. That feeling was quickly changed because of Kathi and the amazing people I got to know throughout the program. I’m so thankful Level MB made the investment in me to participate in Leadership Troy throughout the year."
