JGL's treatment goals are to eliminate the pad, separate solids from oil, convert paraffin to oil, reduce BS&W in oil, and increase sellable skim oil within the next 30 days. #oilandgas #oilrecovery #solidsremediation #biotechnology

In just six weeks, JGL Solutions Microbe Treatment remediated solids that were being hauled off as waste into sellable oil with an impressive 0.02% BS&W (results shown below). This outstanding result highlights how JGL’s technology can optimize disposal systems and uncover valuable opportunities for increased revenue, improved oil and water quality, and lower operating costs. Field Highlight: JGL was put on slop tanks containing bottoms and pads that had previously been treated with chemical, yielding only 10 barrels of oil. The operator believed no more oil could be remediated and faced challenges in removing the fluid due to high viscosity (as seen below).   After 30 days of JGL's microbe treatment, we recovered an additional 60 barrels of oil sold at 1% BS&W. The viscosity was significantly reduced (as seen below), allowing the operator to successfully evacuate the tank contents. #oilandgas #microbesatwork #biotechnology #sludgeremediation #oilrecovery
