🏆 Year-End List Review - Fortune World’s Best Workplaces™ 2024 In case you missed it earlier this year, now’s the perfect opportunity to explore the prestigious list and see which remarkable companies made the cut! 🌟 How do companies on this list stand out? At companies on the list, 55% more employees said managers care about them beyond their value as an employee of the organization compared to a typical workplace and 48% more said leaders embodied their company’s values. At the typical workplace, less than half of employees said promotions are fairly awarded, which the World’s Best Workplaces beat by 60%. ❓ How did they get on the list? To be considered, companies must be identified as outstanding global employers by appearing on at least five Best Workplaces™ Lists in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America, or Australia during 2023 or early 2024. Employees at SMBs are having overwhelmingly great experiences – particularly in feelings of belonging, trust in leadership and pride at work. Our data shows when companies excel in these areas, employees are more likely to experience higher levels of well-being and purpose in their work and endorse their workplace to others. ❓ How did they get on the list? Great Place To Work surveyed companies employing 8.2 million people in the U.S. and received 1.3 million survey responses. Of those, more than 31,000 responses were received from employees at companies who were eligible for the 2024 Fortune Best Small Workplaces list and this list is based on their feedback.
